    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class because this class allows me to open up and pour myself into my writing for a connection between the readers and me.

    Course highlights:

I have learned that it is okay to be vulnerable inside of your writing and that your writing should not be an excerpt of the prompt but a story you have to share.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise that you take a minute to sit and think about what you have to write about and put yourself inside of the writing so the reader can be able to have a connection with you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because Professor Elzie is a wonderful instructor and he was the first English instructor I've had that is more concerned with his students growing as writers instead of a list of standards.

    Course highlights:

During this course I learned how to take my writing a step further than Ive ever done before. I was able to write an entire essay about myself and the different aspects of my life, and at face value that seems to be a simple task but it's harder than it looks.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

While taking this course it can be easy to put off the work until the last minute but don't do that. Secondly each assignment in 111 is ment to be written from your perspective as yourself so feel free to express yourself. Lastly if you feel as though you don't understand the assignment be sure to as Prof. Elzie after class during his office hours.
