Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend Calculus as it shows more about the art behind mathematics. If you have ever been bored by how linear math has been calculus will be very refreshing.

    Course highlights:

In Calculus students will learn to derive equations that show how equations change over iterations, basicly, math will become less linear, and more about flow and dynamics. Don't worry however, as the math performed in the classroom can still be broken down into fairly liner pieces.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to practice Calculus outside the classroom. My teacher doesn't enforce homework, and neither will college professors from what I understand, and the sudden lack of practice will reflect in your in class performance on a surprising scale. Take responsibility and practice a little for each new topic while reviewing old topics.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I reccomend this course for anyone who is willing to put in the work. I also reccomend it for anyone going into a math or science major. It is very rigorous course but as long as you work hard it will be worth it in the end; especially if you're going into a math or science major.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course are definetly the traits that you gain from it. You learn to be more responsible because it takes a lot of work to maintain your grade and make sure you keep up with the workload. It also teaches you to be hardworking because you need to go for extra help when necessary and review your notes every night to stay on top of the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would reccomend students who take this course to go for extra help often to make sure they are keeping up with the material. I also reccomend that students stay on top of their homework because it will really help them to understand the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to students who possibly want to go into something math related. This course helps you further your math educating, and its possible to get a few college credits out of the way.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge on how a college class was operated, even though you may not enjoy math, you will still learn how to study and prepare for college classes. I also learned a ton about calculus, which is a good thing for students who want to major in a math related area.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Although you probably don't particularly enjoy math, while taking this course you need to put time into your work inside class and outside of class. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
