    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Starr goes deeper into the content than colleges do. You get a lot out of it and it's perfect for those interested in the medical field.

    Course highlights:

    I've learned so much. This course goes deep into terms and physiology and is perfect for those interested in the medical field like me.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study and you will do great! She gives you all the material. You must be willing to work.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend taking this course because it gives you the basic knowledge of anatomy and sports medicine. This is a great class to take if you want to major in sports medicine or anatomy!

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was learning hands-on. We got to learn how to tape ankles and the basic job of an athletic trainer. This was amazing because it was different from what you would do in a normal classroom setting.

    Advice for students:

    When taking this course, always study! You need to be able to listen and take notes effectively.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend taking Sports Medicine if you want to obtain a career in the medical field. This class teaches you the basics of anatomy, bodily systems, treatment of injuries, and more! You will also learn the different career pathways you can take that are related to sports medicine!

    Course highlights:

    From taking this course, I have learned that there are a lot of different career pathways you can take in the medical field! Learning about the body is important so you know how to take care of it properly. Even if you do not want to major in the medical field, this class is valuable because it teaches you the basic functions of the body.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed in this class, you must give your best effort! You need to be a good listener and be able to take efficient notes. Mrs. Starr teaches through PowerPoint lessons, so you need to be able to take notes quickly and effectively. For tests, learn to memorize in advance! Start studying a week before the test so you are well prepared.
