    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was very academically challenging and took many hours outside of class to keep an A average, but by the time you leave you will be a much better writer. This class also brought me and my classmates together by doing a lot of peer editing and group work. It helped to know that you were not the only one struggling and had help understanding everything.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course was the novels we read. Over the course, you will read many award winning and fascinating novels. This taught how to take a lesson from a novel written decades ago and figure out how it relates to other topics and real life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to set aside plenty of time each week in order to get the course work complete. Also be prepared to write a lot and be open to suggestions to make it better.
