Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because Dr. Chang is a very energetic teacher. He really gets into his lessons and answers any questions that a student may have in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Chang is also always willing to help any student that is willing to work hard and speak up.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the group labs that allowed students to collect and record data. The labs were always hands on and interactive. From these labs, I learned to interpret data which helps in understanding graphs and the information they contain.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise any student taking this course to pay attention during the lectures because a majority of the questions on the test are from the lecture.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I thought that the teacher especially did a good job teaching the course, the activities and case studies we did had helped the information really stick with me. This is a crucial class to take because everything revolves around biology. Especially in science, you have to know biology which is why I recommend this the most.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlights were on the unit of the human cells and DNA. Or rather, this was the section that stuck the most with me. I could tell you right now how the mitochondria and proteins and ribosomes all fit together and what they do. I really learned how our bodies work and the basic functions which I use today in many of my science classes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though it is an easier course, you can't slack off. You really have to pay attention in class and do the homework assigned. The information you learn in the course is critical so you have to put in the energy in class especially.
