Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is very educational; I learned a lot about many historical events that I didn't even know were a thing and it opened my eyes as to how long we've been fighting for some very basic human rights.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was when we made posters about influential women and researched their motives in civil rights movements.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure your notebook is organized and thorough in its information, and take advantage of the test retakes, because they will save your grades.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you can apply everything you learn to current events. It also pushes you to become interested in current events and what is happening in the world today.

    Course highlights:

I would highly recommend this course. I learned how to think for myself about history, and how to think without bias. This course assisted me in preparing for college in allowing me to practice managing myself. The course also improved my overall writing and critical thinking about writing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to be successful in this course, you need to be diligent and hard-working. If you do the work required, and if you study sufficiently each week, you will flourish in this course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a genuinely interesting course and because of me it helped me to understand the history of my country from several different points of view.

    Course highlights:

The civil war from several points of view was the highlight for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the assigned reading and take lots of good annotated notes. These will help you on all assignments and tests.
