Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great teacher! She has taught me more about English than any other English teacher I have ever had. Not only does she teach the criteria, but she makes class fun and enjoyable to students.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how to read poetry. I used not to be able to understand poetry at all until she showed us how to understand it. She showed us websites that would help us, and she also would stop class to have a discussion about what we thought it meant.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Turn your work in, she will accept late work, but you will have points taken off.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because the teacher in this class is very observant. She makes sure every student knows what they are doing, and she teaches things to where they are very understandable. The materials that we have learned this year would normally be difficult for me, and with her teaching me, I have glided through it all.

    Course highlights:

From this course I have learned how to prepare for my future. I have learned how to properly fill out a resume, and proper interview skills. I also learned a lot about how college is going to be which is my next step in life. In this class, I have learned a lot about myself and the world about me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Turn in your work on time! If you do not turn in your work in time in this course you do not get full credit for the assignment, and it does hurt your grade a bunch. In this class, I would recommend using your class time wisely, and do not procrastinate. This class is a very easy class, and you have a lot of free time if you actually get your work done on time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class will open your mind to new kinds of literature, and help improve your writing skills, which you will use for the rest of your life. Also, you have the chance to get college credit early!

    Course highlights:

I loved most of the stories and novels we read. They were very interesting, and I would not have read them on my own. The main thing I learned in this class was not to put off homework. There's a lot of it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not put off reading the short stories or studying your vocabulary words. It's really not that difficult, doesn't take much time, and it will help you so much in the long run. Also, please do not wear Mrs. Sayre out with makeup quizzes. She has a lot to do.
