This class is one that I would recommend to anyone. The information that you learn is not just meant for nursing or pre-med students. The information is applicable to everyone and can help to teach students healthier habits in the kitchen and the gym.
I learned a lot about how skewed my views of nutrition and it's role in my life were. I learned how to correctly prep meals, the correct mathematical equations to determine my own BMI and daily intake requirements of macronutrients, and so much more.

Advice for students:
My biggest piece of advice would be to make sure you attend the group study sessions. They make passing the tests so much easier! Also, make sure you complete all the assignments. They only take about 30 minutes to an hour.
