Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Planning your future is by far the most stressful thing. Senior year involves crazy amount of hours studying for SATS, filing out applications, applying for financial aid, and also trying to keep up with the six classes you take a day. This class helps reduce some of your hours outside of school and help you with the application process. They help you pick the right type of school for you, help you write the perfect essay, apply for colleges and more! If I didn't take this class I probably would've lost hope and not gone to college next year but Mr. Krufka and Mr. Giles have given me hope and the right advice and tools to help guide me next year.

    Course highlights:

I learned so many different things, from what type of colleges there are to on campus vs. off campus living! I've also learned a lot about what colleges look for when going through their 100,000's of applications.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have the drive, and lots of hope. It's a hard class mentally because you are always switching up your options and your choices can seem so limited but you can't give up. Also start looking at colleges now and begin SAT prep or ACT prep to stay ahead of the game.
