    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely useful if you have the intentions of going into the medical field. It prepares you for the kind of anatomy you will face and college and provides hands-on labs with donated animal cadavers to help get a better understanding of the body system you are working on. Overall, I would truly recommend this course for any high school student.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely doing a dissection of a pig's foot to gain a better representation of the integumentary (skin) system in the body. The lab gave a first hand opportunity to peel back the different layers of skin and see for ourselves how things work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give students considering this course is to always do the notes that Mrs. Martin assigns and to actually engage yourself in the class. It is much more enjoyable when you develop a passion for what you are learning.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was truly interesting bur personally for me was not needed as I have found interest in business, although is a good class if interested in science or medicine.

    Course highlights:

We learned elements of the periodic table and how to apply them to real world situations

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always ask questions and pay attention from the beginning or else the rest of the course can be difficult for you

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Students will learn how the body functions, moves, and how to tell different areas of the body apart.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different bones, muscles, veins, and how they all work together. I also learned the many cells that make up all those parts.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention. This subject will be fun and good for students to learn. If you listen and actually put in the work, you'll have no problems at all.
