Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The first reason of why I would recommend this course is Mrs. Karp. She does a great job of making the material fun, and gives us many resources to study and learn the material from.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is my favorite one we did was the sleep unit. In this section we looked at all the sleep cycles, and how we dream along with the theories. The next highlight of this course was the Defense Mechanisms where from the Id or Superego we originate these from.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The first piece of advice that I would give new students coming in is to keep all the material that they can. Material will show back up and it will save you from having to doing it all over again. another thing I would recommend is try to get the study guide for the final, and try to fill it out as the semester goes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to everybody that is interested in pursuing a higher education. This course is great exercise for the mind and helps you to get a better understanding of different personalities and how the brain works.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the dream chapters. I learned what the different types of dreams mean and why people dream. I also got a better understanding of how dreaming works and how to remember the dreams

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, one needs to pay close attention in class and attend as many discussions as possible because if a student misses a discussion, she will get very behind and not understand what to do. The only study tip I have would be the following: always take notes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I learned so much. Plus it was pretty simple and a really fun course where we did a lot of activities that helped you understand the material much better.

    Course highlights:

I loved when we studying dreams during this course. I thought it was interesting and it was not something that I ever really thought about much beforehand. I definitely learned a lot.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the work! If you do not you will not pass the class, and if you do the work there is no way you would fail. The journals are the easiest thing to do, but they also seem the least important and if you do not do them then your grade will suffer.
