    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This Prof was awful, he had open note exams that were the hardest of all time. All of the questions were really specific that no one would take notes on and then he would quiz on stuff that had nothing to do with the basic ideas of macroeconomics. Even with the grade curve a lot of people ended up failing the course and retaking it the next semester. Take any other prof then him. It too much of a risk for your gpa

    Course highlights:

The only good part of the class would have to be that the classes were not mandatory. He would record all of his lectures and you could listen to it at your own time. It was actually better to listen online then go to his lectures because he talks very fast and since his exams are super specific it made it a lot easier to get a better score when you could rewind the lectures

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To read the book and make sure to take extremely specific notes. Really spend a lot of time on the class because it is very annoying to retake it. Don't wait till the last minute either because each exam was like 7 lectures and each lecture was about 2 hrs long on the tapes.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The only reason I took the class is because I had to. It's a bad class just lots of work

    Course highlights:

I learned how to managed my time. With this class you can't wait last minute.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When you get an assignment start it right away. Even start studying ASAP

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Okay, so the rumors of the class being an easy A are a complete joke. You have to honestly work hard for this class. I attended every lecture, took DETAILED notes and still found the exams to be decently tricky. I wont say hard, but tricky. If you come to lecture you will know the material and I suggest talking to past students on how to prep.

    Course highlights:

His lectures are very interesting. He uploads practice questions about topics after lecture and his ppt slides. Make sure you look at them as tests can be picture heavy. 3 exams and final. Drops 1 exam and curves each exam. Get previous exams for help on midterms, questions don't change but don't rely on them for the final, which is very hard.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

People say that his exams are tricky, but they're actually very straightforward and easy. The PPT slides that he uploads will be useless unless you attended the lectures. Don't waste your time reading the book. His lectures are very good, and he gives you everything you need for the exam. Go to class, pay attention, and write down what he says.
