Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Course isn't the easiest, but as long as you know the slides inside out you should be good. Was one of my favorite profs at Rutgers - really loves neuroscience and cares about you succeeding if you actually put effort into the course. Plus, is one of the only tenured profs who answers emails (and will write back essay-length responses to questions)

    Course highlights:

Okay so I bombed my exams (B on final tho) but did well on the quizzes. Went to him for help&he didn't really do much, told me he would try and help. He is cooky & a little rude at times but he tries and loves neurobiology. I ended up with a C but this semester had a crazy curve?? Fill in the blank slides so get notes from someone

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Prof Auerbach is interesting to say the least. But, if you're taking the neuro, take it with him. Lectures can be boring but that being said, I was on facebook for most of all of the classes and just filled in the notes and that was enough. Don't need the book. For exams, make sure you look at the quiz questions and old exam questions.
