    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because of the professor's teaching style. He is very hard to understand and does not curve. Many people are failing.

    Course highlights:

The people in the class made it fun for me. In this class i learned that if you cannot learn from the professor, teach yourself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this course with Professor Abdi, if you do make sure you do extract practice.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

As far as teaching goes, I'd avoid this professor to be honest. The content is easy, but then again I've taken Calc and a couple of engineering course before this class. One of my biggest problems with this professor, is his grading. On my second quiz back, out of 10 questions, I completed 10 questions right. You know what I ended up with? A 50% Apparently, my work was not tidy enough. Professor Moheb did not appreciate my exuberant attempt of showing my work. Thus, he found it acceptable to deduct 50 points from my overall grade.

    Course highlights:

Since I knew everything, I didn't really learn...well, anything to be honest. He is a pretty funny guy though.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need to take this course, honestly take it with someone else. Professor Moheb is an extremely nitpicky grader, and will deduct an incredulous amount of points for the simplest of mishaps. Sometimes, I swear this guy is unreal. Want to know the icing on the cake, though? Apparently, an "A," is not an A. Professor Moheb picks only the top 10% of his students to receive an A. What does this mean? Say you're in a class of 30 people. Now say you receive an overall grade of 96, but three people receive a grade of 97, 99 and 98. Thanks to those three brilliant, but nauseating overachievers: You have now earned a B+ in the class. Think VERY carefully when deciding to take this professor. My advice, take the same class at NJIT.
