    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it teaches a lot of interesting facts and there's a lot of labs and experimenting involved. the workload isn't too bad and the topic is interesting and useful!

    Course highlights:

Learn a lot on how to improve my health. We learned the basic of the nutrients and how exercising affects the body in the short run vs the long run. I learned how to use a heart rate monitor and many other tools.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Watching all the videos and the lectures. The videos show how to properly use all the tools needed to succeed in this course. Lectures often cover most of the thing you need to know for the exams.
