Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course will really help you decide if Vet Tech is really right for you! Sadly I decided it wasn't but the course helped me figure that out.

    Course highlights:

It was an introduction to what it takes to become a vet tech. Shots, euthanasia surgical procedures. It was knowlageable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to find out things you didn't know this job required. On top of all the reading.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who has a passion for animals. I worked at a veterinary hospital while taking this course, and gained a great amount of information about the job I was doing.

Learning new techniques about venipuncture, proper restraint, and assisting the veterinarian in the best way possible. I worked at a small animal clinic, but also learned about large animals such as pigs, goats, horses, and other exotic animals.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If the student decides to take this course online, be sure to have self discipline and stay focused.
