Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend this course because overall, I think this course is very interesting, and overall, not a hard course at all if you pay attention in class to what the teacher explains. The content is very useful not just for university if it related in your field of study, but in everyday life as well. Knowing more in how your body functions is not only fascinating but may be useful in the future as well.
I learned the different macro-molecules and their chemical make up, functions, and more. I also learned, metabolism, genetics, DNA replication, and homeostasis. These are all very interesting and important to know. One of the highlight that I specifically find useful is how does aspirin works, it allowed me to understand what it is doing inside my body to "make me feel better" when I am sick.

Advice for students:
Make sure you pay a lot of attention in class, and read the textbook as a secondary resource. That is because usually, what the teacher ask you on a test is what they think is important, which mean they will address it during class, and such information may not be in the textbook. However, after studying what you have learn in class, you should always go back to read relevant information on it in the textbook to know the content even better, but do not waste time on reading something in the textbook that your teacher have not address to in class. When in doubt if something you need to know or not, always ask your teacher to clarify, so you won't waste time or miss out on any information.
