    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I felt this course was more geared toward people who are in the manufacturing industry or in positions where they will be leading change in their organization. I did learn a little about Organizational improvement but not at the level I would of felt taking an MBA class.

    Course highlights:

Organizational Improvement with a case study being done on the Toyota Principle.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the details. The professor really wants the assignments in the format that he requires.
