    Although I am not a big fan of law I did learn a lot from the course.

    Course Overview:

    It's not easy, but the course materials are very thorough.

    Course highlights:

    The biggest highlight was learning when a court can "pierce the veil" between a corporation and its board.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it, it's a short course and you'll enjoy the break from all of the financial coursework.

    Very interesting class, that allows you the chance to analyze actual cases

    The best part of the course is the ability to analyze actual cases dealing with topics of the week

    Don't fall behind. Pick and begin studying a case early in the week
