    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because the information I've found is most helpful.

    Course highlights:

I'm still learning because this is my second week.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, and study more! From what I can tell, this course is going to require a lot of studying and researching.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Was an interesting and very informative course and Professor Anne Forte taught it so well that you left with no questions unanswered.

    Course highlights:

I understood the ins and outs of how products make it from raw materials harvested to the finished products I buy in stores.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make time to do the reading necessary for the course. The course was a 5-week course and the information seemed a lot for that time frame, so one really had to pace oneself to get a good mastery of the subject.
