    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course provides an insight to biases that many of us our subconsciously unaware of. You will learn perspectives across different ethic backgrounds and how incorporate diversity into daily life.

    Course highlights:

    Each of use is unique in our own way. We all have something different to bring to the table. Learning out one another interacts with society will better our perspectives amongst relationships.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to do a lot of outside research and apply this and the book material to course room work and discussions.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It was a wonderful course with lots of information that helps in real-life situations. Be sure to read the required resources and recommended ones too. They're there for a reason. Also, use the tutors and resources given to you.

    Course highlights:

    I learned to apply concepts and ideas to everyday issues. The course taught me to appreciate everyone for their uniqueness and how to use that to the team's advantage.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the material that is provided. Ask questions if you need to and allow yourself time to study. The work isn't overwhelming but it does take time.

    Course Overview:

    This course gives you an opportunity to look at many cultures around the world. Digging a little deeper into cultural diversity within the workplace. It helps you to understand how important diversity is in all areas of your life.

    Course highlights:

    This course helped me to gain the understanding that people of different cultures can work together and be extremely successful. While at the same time unsuccessful diversity within the workplace can be disastrous.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go into this course with an open mind. The professor is excellent in her feedback on assignments/assessments. Broaden your horizon on cultural diversity and you will walk away with a better understanding as to why cultural diversity is so important in the workplace today.
