    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course is one of the very beggining prerequisites. During this course I learned the basics to understand others cognitively and I began to see the world from a different perspective. In my mind, taking this course finalized my decision of majoring in Human Services.

    Course highlights:

    Learning about various mental illness and the stigma surrounding mental health increased my desire to make a difference. This course was extremely beneficial and I would have loved to take it a second time.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    When taking this course, reading the weekly required material and focusing during lectures gaurantee a passing grade.
