    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you need better fluency in general writing skills, definitely take this class; it walks through basic and advanced grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure. If you have been writing for all of your school career, and have always received high marks, this class will seem like review.

    Course highlights:

Writing the personal essay at the beginning prompts you to think over your life critically, and the argumentative research essay at the end challenges you to think in depth about controversial topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the assigned essays, participate in discussion, and make sure to start the writing assignments earlier than a week before they're due.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Smith was a great teacher! She was very helpful and was always there to answer any questions. She always made you comfortable to ask questions. The material was easy to learn as well.

    Course highlights:

Before college I did not have experience writing many in depth papers and I also was not familiar with all the different genres of writing. After this class I had a much better understanding of writing and doing research for writing. It was also interesting writing papers in different genres.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Just be respectful and be sure to read everything she assigns and you will do fine!
