    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are looking for an incredibly challenging class, that is fast paced, then this is the one for you. The instructor was excellent, but it was probably one of the hardest classes I have ever taken in my life. It was loads of information, at a very fast rate. So you have to be ready to devote at the very least 3 hours of study time for every hour of class time.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about micro organisms and chemistry. You wouldn't think that biology would have so much chemistry involved, but it was almost all chemistry. You really do get a huge chemistry review, but you have to know some chemistry to do well in the class. Other than that you end the class with a complete understanding of micro organisms.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do. Not. Overload. Yourself. If you take too many other difficult classes during this one, you are setting yourself up for a massive struggle. This class takes some serious bulk studying, and if you are taking another difficult class along with it, then you are going to be struggling with one or the other.
