Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It is relatively easy and has a reasonable work load.
The first half of the course was review of grade 12 calculus. The second half is new material, but it is all building upon what you reviewed in the first half. It is not too hard to understand, as long as you do the suggested homework and assignments. They are not a lot of work at all in comparison to other courses. Although no calculators are allowed on tests, it is not a big deal, as the questions are easy enough to do without one.

Advice for students:
Do all the suggested homework. Start the assignments ahead of time, and use them as test practice. Do all your course work without a calculator, to practice for the midterms and exam. Go to your tutorials and office hours to ask any questions you have. Take good notes in lecture.
