    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course to any student planning to do work in Diaspora studies. the course offers an insightful and often complex view on the problems and issues faced by persons who migrate to foreign countries. It is very powerful and the professor is very engaging and lively. YOUR INPUT ACTUALLY MATTERS IB THIS COURSE.

    Course highlights:

    Different diasopric groups and how they engagement and thrive within their communities within foreign countries. Also learn about victim diasporas who become refugees abroad which is a very pertinent issue on our time. Talks about the idea of home. What is home and how do we as human define the idea of home. Talks about the idea of belonging, diversity and multiculturalism.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Attend classes and do the readings so that you can properly contribute to class discussions and actually be able to understand the material and subject matters of the course.
