    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Overall extremely easy course. If you go to the lectures you don't need to study more than a few hours for the midterms and even the final.

    Course highlights:

    Expanding knowledge of mental and physical health and how to deal with/avoid getting certain disorders and illnesses (mainly common knowledge stuff though)

    Advice for students:

    Definitely take it if you're looking for a mark booster that isn't too dry.

    Course Overview:

    Diane Williams is an amazing professor. She makes the content extremely easy to follow through with and ensures her students are doing well. The content is straight forward and applicable!

    Course highlights:

    HLTH 101 is an introductory course to health. The course discusses several social determinants of health, including income, social status, education etc. For anyone that is interested in the factors that impact health beyond the scope of biological processes, this course is great!

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you follow up with the lecture slides and read the textbook. The content is straightforward, but if you do not keep up, it may get confusing. Manage your time accordingly!
