    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Ashburner is a great teacher that is energetic and fun to be around. The content is easy to learn from her since after she teaches the concept, she goes through practice questions with students during class and allows people to ask questions.

    Course highlights:

Math 109 is similar to high school calculus with only a few additional concepts targeted towards business/accounting math. The most interesting concept I learned was using matrices to solve linear systems and performing partial differentiation.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are interested in learning more about math, I would not recommend this course since this barely covers any additional content outside of high school. However if you are in business/accounting and do not enjoy math and simply have to take a math course, this course is perfect as it is not difficult and Professor Ashburner makes class enjoyable.
