    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it taught me to be an effective student quickly. This course will also get you used to College Writing, which is highly important.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were surprisingly, the most difficult times. I had always been very unprofessional in my writing. This course forced me to learn very quickly on how I am to make papers. Another highlight is of the effective writing skills this course has taught me. Within this course most of my objectives were to break down pieces of literature and analyze both the author's writing skills and effectiveness and the story and it's pieces. This helped my analytical skills of a story and strengthened my ability as a writer.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My only pieces of advice is to catch on to how you should write, and catch on quickly. The other advice is to be on top of your work. I know that quite a few people say this, but once you enter this class, you will understand the importance of carefully planning out how to do your work. It will be the determinate between a bad grade and a good one.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you the basics of English writing and how to properly write an essay, outline, and works cited. Overall I learned a lot from this course and it has helped me in ENGL 1302.

    Course highlights:

The most important thing I think I learned through this course was how to properly format an essay and works cited using MLA formatting. Professor Marshall thoroughly showed us what was expected and gave us plenty of examples to use as a guide for our writing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to read to the material that is assigned and always show up for class. if you go to class you will know what is expected in your writing to make the best grades possible.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was the first English class that actually taught me how to right an efficient essay.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to right an essay correctly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and don't procrastinate and you'll be perfectly fine.
