Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Very interesting combination of business and law. The professor is a corporate lawyer with a lot of experience dealing with business law in the real world. learned a lot of theory, however, he always paired it with real-life examples
I enjoyed listening to his stories. They all related to the course material and they helped me to better understand the theory. They also made the class more interesting. I always tend to zone out when professors drag on about the theory, however, his stories kept me zoned into the lecture

Advice for students:
I would recommend doing all the readings before class, the slides are very vague and the lectures are him reading them out and expanding on them verbally so it's easier to understand and not miss anything he says if you already have a basic idea on the subject
