    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Definitely recommend this course. Like 1301A, this course builds on high school knowledge and is MATH HEAVY. Be sure to brush up on high school chemistry.

    Course highlights:

Lots of math involved in this course. In order from hardest chapters to easiest; equilibrium, electrochemistry , thermochemistry, gas laws, and finally rates (easy easy easy).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The course is built like a mountain. Easy topic for chapter 1 (gases), harder topic for chapter 2 (thermo), hardest topic for chapter 3 (equilibrium), then an easier topic for chap 4 (electrochem) and the easiest topic at the end for chap 5 (rates). Get over the hump, know you equilibrium/electrochem, and the rest is easy! Do all of the workbook questions, read the workbook, so Sapling questions, and pay special attention to the previous exams which will be provided to you. Besides knowing the methods of the 5 labs, these are all the resoruces you will need to do well in the course.
