    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend Dr. Gotwalt's economics course. I have taken four economics classes with Dr. Gotwalt and have found my passion for economics. His classes are not easy, but you will learn the subject through his ability to apply stories to every lesson.

    Course highlights:

The biggest lesson you will learn in Dr. Gotwalt's economics is nothing free. If someone tries to give you something for "free," the first question should always be, "How much does it cost?" or "What will this cost me.?" It might seem like a strange concept to people fresh out of high school, but you always give up something when you make a choice. There is always an opportunity cost.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Dr. Gotwalt is one of the few free market Economist you will meet in a public school, and he is not shy about it. If you do not like the free market and you, do not want your beliefs challenged this might not be the best professor for you. Do not take this course for an easy A.
