    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was taught online, which I really enjoyed! I got to do fun and informative labs at home, documenting everything with pictures that were later sent to my professor.

    Course highlights:

My favorite project was one where we learned about osmosis by putting gummy bears in different liquids! The results were very cool!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions if you don't understand something and also have fun with the projects!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was very stressful because the teacher was disorganized. There was a textbook on the syllabus but it was never used. The labs, however, were very simple so it ultimately matched up with the "introduction to concepts" title.

    Course highlights:

Because it was a low level science, there wasn't much to learn. I think the most interesting part of the course was the many documentaries we were required to watch and fill out worksheets for. I'm always a sucker for documentaries, and there was one about epigenetics in particular that was very well made.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't rely on the study plan! It won't cover everything on the test, even if the professor insists that it will. If something was on a reading assignment, even if it was never discussed in class, make sure that you review it.
