    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because the teacher has a passion for teaching, she is retired but still teaches out of enjoyment. She is also a good teacher, who actually teaches about writing and doesnt just sit around talking about her personal life.

    Course highlights:

I learn proper 2016 MLA format, in text citation and work cited citations without the help of easybib. I also learned to use databases instead of google or bing for research papers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you consider taking this course make sure you are ready to write a lot and do homework. It is also a class that takes place three times a week, so make sure you have the time in your schedule.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is an easy course as long as you read what is required and always do and turn in the essay's.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be more independent and carry myself through the lessons.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material, have one-on-one office hours with professor, and ask for editing opinions on final essays.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher knew how to make writing fun and exciting which made me want to come to class.

    Course highlights:

I gained a higher understanding on how to be a good thoughtful writer and how to make my writing personal, meaningful, and fun. Short stories were my favorite part.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! It is one of my all time favorite classes and if you love to write you will love this class and teacher.
