Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are going into the medical field that pertains to the human body, take anatomy. It's important to know how the body works as well as what our bones, muscles, and organs are capable of. This class is a great intro into the knowledge of the human body.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed this class because I learned about the different hormones our organs secrete and how they effect other parts of the body. It gave me a great sense of self awareness and inspired me to take better care of my body by eating healthier and exercising.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the power of YouTube videos! It sounds silly but it really helped me stultify concepts and catch onto things I didn't understand in class. I believe the more different ways you learn about one topic the better you are going to understand it. For example, we learned about the digestive system in class. After listening to the lecture I then read about it in our textbook and watched 3 or 4 different videos about how the digestive system works. This helped me learn all aspects of the digestive system and helped me ace the test!
