Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this class because it gives you valuable information on college life does and do nots. It gives instructions on how to stay in good health throughout your duration of college.
I can honestly say everyday has been a highlight. You learn something new every time you're in a lesson. All the information they give is important.

I would say take it. It is a great course to take and isn't too difficult at all, so definitely take it to get the valuable information the course has to offer.
