    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Interesting unit. Pretty easy to get HD as long as you read the textbook.

    Course highlights:

Organisational behaviour is a foundation unit for those taking a major in Management or Human Resource Management in the Bachelor of Commerce. The goal is to provide students with an introduction to the study of organisational behaviour, its history, methods, and current state of knowledge, as well as to introduce students to how this knowledge is applied to improve the management of organisations and the well-being of those who work in them. Learning outcomes

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Tips/experiences from my POV for MGMT1135 Sem 1 2016: 1. The chapter summaries really help (and then build information from the chapters and add to it). Leave out the statistics/stories about companies because they're not necessary. 2. I only attended about the first 7 weeks worth of lectures and then stopped attending because I couldn't benefit much from them 3. Stalk the SONA website and get into experiements and receive credit points as soon as you can 4.
