Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Dr. Daniel was a great professor and was in tune to what he was actually teaching. He encouraged the students to perform at a master's level and when questions were asked, Dr. Daniel was anxious to answer them. The course was very informative and applied real-life examples of human resource management.
The highlights of this course, in particular, were obtaining present-day knowledge of HRM practices and being able to see these practices in my current workforce. Attaining this knowledge empowers me as a manager.

Advice for students:
It is an interesting course but be prepared to conduct a lot of research and do a lot of writing. This is a great way to really retain the information.
