    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    We all have the potential to indulge in addictive behavior. It's important for us to recognize and manage our compulsions. We can be addicted to many things. When we know how to effectively deal with stress we can avoid addictive behaviors. Any addictive behavior can be detrimental from substance abuse to over eating. This course offers insight on how to manage the emotional baggage that accompanies such behavior.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were learning that addictive behavior surpasses substance abuse. I learned that those addicted can recover with patience and hard work.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take the course with an open mind, you will learn something abouut yourself.

    Course Overview:

    This was an very intriguing course. I learned so much that I never thought about learning. Also, my professor was one of the best!

    Course highlights:

    Learning that chocolate (my addiction) has caffeine in it! I swear I have never heard of that and I assume that is why I'm addicted to the stuff!
