I would recommend it because the Professor helps me understand the work a lot better.
Nutrition, dietary standards, digestion, absorption, metabolism, carbohydrates, macronutrients, protein, water soluble/fat soluble vitamins, energy balance, nutrition in the life cycle, and nutrition/immunity. One thing I did learn from and became my favorite week was organic foods is the best foods for anyone and you will have a better sleep at night and wake up well rested. I also learned that organic foods do not have any chemicals or pesticides in them.

If you need help ask your teacher for help or go into tutoring. When studying have someone help you study and make sure you read the syllabus, lectures, and the online text book.
