    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was incredibly well taught, with plenty of opportunities to learn the subject material. There were many resources available if you were struggling in any specific facet of the class.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better appreciation for the use of Calculus in the real world. It exists all around us, whether we are conscious of it or not. It shows that Art and Math blend far more than most people are aware. Fractals are a particularly interesting mathematical phenomenon.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Despite how much homework is given out, I would strongly encourage you to actually do it. All of the problems on tests and quizzes are derived from, if not exactly copied, out of the homework set. If you do the homework, you will recognize the test problems, and be able to easily solve them. This applies to the final (which is NOT cumulative) as well.
