    Course Overview:

    This class is a great starter look into inter-sectional feminism in politics, media, and social interactions. The professor is very down to earth and lectures very well

    I learned to question every form of sexism I encounter on a daily

    I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the class, and I feel so much surer of myself when discussing matters concerning women, gender and culture, thanks to this course.

    Course highlights:

    What I found most intriguing about this course is how much I learned about the experiences of women from other cultures.

    Advice for students:

    Be willing to put yourself out there. Answer (and ask) questions, participate in recitation, and be respectful of other people's opinions. Be ready to tackle tough concepts and read a lot of scholarly articles.
