    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a 2 credit extensive class. One week you have presentations, the next week you have essays. You have to be ready.

    Course highlights:

Review the recitation slides, and look at the manual before class. It helps.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Visit TA office hours when you need to.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the class because it does prepare you for harder upper divisional classes, however be prepare to do A LOT of work for 2 credits. Lots of projects, lots of due dates. It really lets you practice your time management skills. That being said, professor O'Neill is fantastic and always willing to help you if you need it. My TA was Jeff Ecklund and he is also great and very fair.

    Course highlights:

You will learn how to use multiple pieces of common laboratory equipment and you will be tested on their use so pay attention. You will also expected to read, analyze and critique a scientific article, ad nauseam, over a period of weeks.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind, don't leave assignments for the last minute. If you are struggling, go to a professor.
