    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is one of my favorite topics to research and study. I would NOT have recommended it with Dr. Simon, but I just found out he is no longer teaching, so that advice is unnecessary. :D

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the Wiley homework assignments. They were extremely effective in helping me to learn and understand the material.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE WITH EVEN ONE OTHER DIFFICULT COURSE! I do not think anyone is incapable, I am sure anyone is capable of doing so, but it is definitely the wrong decision in my opinion. This course requires enough studying time needed for 2, maybe 3 courses. The information is interesting, so it may not be considered difficult to learn, but the exams for this course at Stony Brook are very very challenging. Maybe with the new professors it will be different.
