Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was such an eye opening class with a fun instructor!

    Course highlights:

The number one highlight was a project of choice revolving around sustainability. I chose to go zero waste for a month, others went to a farmer's market or tried out vegetarianism. It was so much fun!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a moderately easy class that requires a short weekly reading quiz (online) and a discussion board. This is not hard if you keep up with the material!
