Beth Fadely is a wonderful professor, and she makes art history interesting rather than simple fact-memorization.
It is a regular survey art history course, but with this particular professor the pieces (from the Renaissance to present day) are explored in a way in which you enjoy the history behind the pieces, as opposed to just the names and art movements alone with no context.

There is little work to do outside of studying for exams, so studying is paramount. Listen to her lectures as well, and take good notes as there is no text book.
