    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is a good area IV requirement. It takes the effort of going to class and understanding some very basic material. In the process, you actually learn from the material. This material is not exactly helpful to any one career, but just makes you a more informed human about why things are the way they are.

    Course highlights:

So far the course proves to be interesting in that I have learned a lot about why cartographers choose to map what they map and how, in turn, others choose to use the maps the cartographers made.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need an area IV course and have a heavy class load, this can be a doable addition. Go to class. Study before the test. Learn some interesting facts and become a better human for knowing more.

    Advice for students:

Do the HW and read the google doc before tests and you'll be fine.
