    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course will challenge you in ways that you probably have yet to be challenged. However, it's a valuable learning experience as you can grow as a student. It is also an extremely rewarding and profitable course as it will teach proper study habits and essential skills for continuing your education.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight of this course was the way that it teaches you to study a difficult discipline in a way that you might not have experienced before. Aside from that, you learn many reactions that are biologically relevant as well as those to be used in the lab. This makes it a great course for those persuing a degree in the sciences or in the pre-medical field.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This course requires a lot of hard work and dedication to succeed in. The biggest advise I can give is to not fall behind on the material. If you learn as you go and work through it a little bit at a time, you will do well in this course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for a fuller understanding of chemical reactions and to provide a basis for biochemistry. This class truly challenges you, and is beneficial especially if you plan to further your education in a professional school.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me many organic reactions that are important in the body and important in manufacturing.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing that helped me in this course was reading my text book. Without the text book, it is very difficult to fully grasp the material in lectures alone. I believe in order to succeed in this class it is also important to utilize tutoring resources, and to DO ALL THE PRACTICE PROBLEMS!!
