Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's not luxury living, but everyone's going through it together and there are a ton of different dorms depending on what you're into. The three high-rises are best for being social, as is Hill community. There are other dorms that are quieter and more low key. The honors dorm is really nice, as is ECV.

    Course highlights:

School spirit is huge, and in the fall literally everything revolves around football gamedays. In the spring, not as much. Nobody goes to basketball games, but our gymnastics team is pretty good. Our club hockey team also just got an arena built.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Athens is incredible. There's a ton of stuff going on constantly for such a small city. There'll be something related to music, art, food, tech, or activism (not to mention gamedays) on any given weekend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Academics are a competitive topic in Georgia since we also have Georgia Tech and Emory here as well, but I would say the education you receive at Georgia for most majors are comparable. I would say 50-60% is white and the rest are Asian/African-American/Other minorities.

    Course highlights:

Georgia is pushing for more personable and engaging professors to come to UGA and have more modern and dynamic curriculum, but there is still a long way to go. Workload is pretty easily manageable.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Career center offer numerous opportunities for students to better themselves and prepare themselves such as seminars, resume workshops, mock interviews, career fairs, etc.Students are very aware of the services provided by the career center as it is heavily advertised and many students take advantage.
