    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting topics and I especially enjoyed Dr. Hall.

    Course highlights:

We learned mendelian genetics, inheritance and pedigrees, genetic disorders, central dogma, forward and reverse genetics, cis/transgenics, and specifics like gene mapping and knockout process.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study frequently and stay up to date with the information. Taking it in the summer is good if you have time to study a lot. Topics are very interesting and easy to remember for exams if you like genetics.
